Revised Off-leash proposal submitted
After we submitted the proposal to the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department on March 25th, we received a number of additional questions from the department. On May 1st, we submitted an updated proposal which included additional information about parking, wildlife, water quality, and other topics. The updated proposal is available here:
Our proposal is being reviewed by the department, and we have now been told that it should be considered by the City’s Off-leash Area Working Group in June. If the Off-leash Area Working Group approves our proposal, a public meeting will be scheduled. We hope that you’ll all attend the public hearing to support this effort.
